
28 Years Later...
My journey in the vacation rental industry started in 1995, when I joined Paragon Group Properties in Tampa, Florida. Despite having an IT degree, I found myself in need of a job immediately after graduation and decided to temporarily work with Paragon Group while I searched for what I considered my 'true' IT job. Little did I know that this short-term decision would lead me down a completely unexpected career path within the vacation rental world.

Since 1996, I've had the privilege of working in various capacities with some of the largest and most influential tech companies within this industry. I began as a property manager, a role I consider the cornerstone of my career. Subsequently, I spent a combined 17 years working in technology and software roles, followed by a fulfilling decade in fintech and payment processing for VR managers. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to witness and contribute to the remarkable growth and transformation of the vacation rental industry, from its early days as a relatively unknown alternative to traditional lodging to its current status as a mainstream travel option. It has been an incredible journey, and I feel fortunate to continue to be a part of it.
